Tongo Eisen-Martin is the author of Someone's Dead Already and Heaven Is All Goodbyes (City Lights Pocket Poets Series), which won the 2018 California Book Award. Daniel Handler is the author of six novels, most recently All the Dirty Parts, and far too many books as Lemony Snicket, most recently The Bad Mood and the Stick. His essay on the Eurythmics album Savage is still considered definitive. Vanessa Hua is a columnist for the San Francisco Chronicle and the author of a short story collection, Deceit and Other Possibilities.
