We are very excited to present the 7th Annual Sad Bastard Club Benefit for The SF Tenants Union. This year we have SBC vet Peter Case. Peter represents everything that I love about music, with a style that is somehow steeped in the past, while also completely forward looking and contemporary. The elusive Jesse DeNatale, is a longtime musical hero and compadre, who helped me find my footing as a musician in SF. Stephen Yerkey plays a style that I think of as almost abstract, cubist blues. His live and recorded work is stunning.
For 11 months of the year The SBC is free, and then we do this benefit, for a suggested donation of $10, of which all of the proceeds go to The SF Tenants Union. Hope to see you there.
