| HAPPY ENDINGS returns! Hello Sunbeams, after more than a year of lying in bed and the mere idea of happiness seemingly like a taunt — we're positively THRILLED to be back on stage, at the Make Out Room, with five local writers delivering new work and perspectives. In our plugged-in and rapidly burning world, the dirtiest, most perverse, wildest concept we can ponder is: ~happiness~ How can we be aware and still be happy? How can we fight and still be happy? How can we look at screens, and the streets, at each others faces and still be happy? We aren't sure! But we know that to survive we must try. Our August writers are: Anna Held (returning judges' favorite) Chelsea Davis Christine No Micheal Foulk Tomas Moniz These incredible, local writers will consider possible happy endings and deliver their writing to you LIVE. You'll laugh, you'll think, you'll feel a warm buzzing sensation.
