First grab a beer and check out a short presentation on your basic tenant rights with counselors from the San Francisco Tenants Union. Learn stuff like:
- How much notice your landlord needs to give before entering your apartment
- What to do if you are served eviction papers
- What to do if your landlord says they want to move into your unit
and way more!
Then get some one-on-one time with TU counselors for any specific questions that you may have.
We will also be providing translation services for Spanish speakers.
