I'm going to be doing a "Special Summertime Edition" of SOUL FINGER next Friday night. Stop by if it sounds like your scene. The set will feature warm weather classics like "Heatwave" by Martha and the Vandellas, "Hot Pants" by the Godfather of Soul himself, James Brown, "C'mon and Swim" by Bobby Freeman, and the hands-down all-time greatest rendition of "Summertime" by Billy Stewart. Bring a towel! Alright. Drink specials and extra extras.
SOUL FINGER features ‘60s and ‘70s vinyl obscurities and dance floor favorites. Stop by early for some low-key organ jazz or drop in later for the raw and wild r&b, soul, and funk.
